Peek a Boo Boxes

I love these gorgeous little peek a boo boxes! Fab to decorate and I will be having them on my table at Christmas filled with chocolates and gold coins! They are great to hide little presents inside too! You only have to assemble the lid - the box folds up and the lid holds it closed. You can get them from Craftwork Cards (in Christmas Shop Section) at just 5 boxes for £2:50 - a bargain!

Glasgow here we come!

Well very soon Sue, Rich and I are off to Glasgow to attend the Hobby Crafts show at the SECC. I have been busy making sample cards for the show and doing the next set of Recipe Cards for Craftwork Cards too.
I have not posted many card ideas recently so here are a few which I hope inspire you. Check out
Craftwork Cards website for the goodies I have used!
Anyone coming to the show be sure to stop by to say hello and see all the other fabulous ideas we will have on show together with all the new fabulous products we have!!

Craftwork Cards candle shaped cards which are always really popular, great for birthdays but equally good for Christmas cards!

Using Festive Baubles on the wrong side with Chipboard Alphatots on top of them and for the 'O' using the festive bauble the right way round with the message showing.
Three scallop squares linked together with ribbon, chipboard covered alphas and the new Prima bubbles.

Giant Chipboard Scallop Square covered in Winter Wonderland with an embossed snowflake frame that I have coloured using the Dabber acrylic paints, die cut snowflakes and plasma letters layered onto silver mirror card, tied with ribbons and crystals.

Giant Chipboard Bauble covered with Winter Wonderland Designer Paper Pack, Festive Babules used the wrong way round with chipboard alphatots spelling PEACE. Chipboard letters have been painted with Dabbers and covered with glitter glue. Prima Bubbles and some Festive Baubles with messages showing finish the look.

Anyway wanted to share the card with you. I have used the wonderful new Ruffles from Craftwork Cards I love them! They make cards so easy. I embossed this one using the Cuttle Bug and then added some ink and glitter glue. Really Simple but often the best. Hope you like it too!

TIME!! Where does it go?

I cannot believe that it is nearly a month since I last put a new post on my blog. Where does the time go?

I have been really busy with the Harrogate Show which was brilliant and then getting ready for Ally Pally last weekend and that was so so busy. Hope everyone that went had a great time and bought loads of new goodies to play with.

I have not been well this week and totally out of action. Never knew I could sleep so much. Anyway feel tons better and busy catching up with magazine articles at the moment. Will post a little snippet later.

Really enjoying this lovely sunshine, had my breakfast outside in the sun today as I wont be able to for much longer.

Got some fantastic news to share - Matt my eldest has got a permanent full time job doing what he trained for at college. Im so proud of him he saw off 6 other people to become a Production Assistant at a local travel company. He starts in a weeks time editing and making travel films. Its not quite the film industry but he will be using his skills learnt at college doing something he loves. The salary is brilliant too and only 5 minutes from home.

Will post some cards later, enjoy the sun and have a great weekend everyone.
