Workshop today

Had a lovely bunch of ladies at my workshop at The Glitter Pot today.

We used the Coffee and Cream set of Yummy Scrummy papers from Craftwork Cards in the morning and then the Marshmallow and Cappuccino set of Yummy Scrummy in the afternoon.

Once they had made all the above cards I then set them a challenge to make a tall skinny card using the strip that is left when you cut a big square card from an A4 sheet.

This is what they made:
( I hope I have put the correct names with each card, let me know ladies if I havent)

Glad you all enjoyed yourselves and look forward to seeing some of you at my next workshop on 15th May at the Glitter Pot, using Craftwork Cards Basically Black (for a gorgeous black and white class) and mixing the old with the new (firm favourites with new products). There are seats still available if you would like to join us, give them a call on 01444 831714.

Good grief, Julie - that was quick! Great workshop and, although not booked on your next one yet it doesn't mean I won't be there! Need to consult calendar. Loved the finished results - even the extra thick glitterglue on the 'patchwork' card this morning.

Julie Those cards made from leftovers are wonderful. I've just thrown away a boxful of said strips after hoarding them for years. Sure I'll soon have plenty more to use!XXX
