My Little Superstar!

Well actually he is not so little now! Owen has tonight gained a brown belt in Karate this is one down from a black belt! It was great tonight to see some old friends back at Karate and for both Merv and I to see Owen in action. He is really very good, really crisp clean moves - I know Im a little bias but even the Sensi said how good he was when he graded him. Well done Owen we are all very proud of you.
I have now sat on a bench in a cold gym for four years to get this far only to be told tonight that I now have another 4 years to go to the black belt as they only grade and get a tab once a year now! I think Owen may have to start doing double classes and I will drop him off.

Keep up the good work Owen and one day when Brian is ready to retire you should be ready to take over and run the club, like you said you want to.

Friday 7th November at The Glitter Pot

This Friday 7th November I will be demonstrating Craftwork Cards Christmas goodies at The Glitter Pot from 4pm onwards.

We are having a fun Christmas shopping evening and the shop is staying open until 9pm.

Why not pop in for a mince pie and some festive inspiration? It will be lovely to see you all.

Been stamping

I have had a lovely time stamping and made these cards. I love using just one colour like the green card and adding a touch of pink sheer ribbon to the brown card. Of course the glitter glue and crystals just finish them off, really simple but I think they look fab.
